Non-refundable terms
A deposit of the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in any case of cancellation, modification, no-show or cancellation the day of arrival.

Flexible rate 2 days
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded.
If cancelled between 30 days and 1 day before arrival, the deposit is retained.
If cancelled the day of arrival and in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation is charged.
